HOW WE WORK
Step 1 : You talk | We listen
Before entrusting us with your itinerary, we take the time to understand what you require. After your initial correspondence through info@chetak-travels.com or through one of our online forms, one of our directors sets up a convenient time to personally talk to you (i.e. over the phone, Skype, WhatsApp or Facetime). We then typically go through every minute detail of your prospective trip to get a comprehensive understanding of your wish list, following which we reconfirm the details with you via email.
Step 2 : We Propose | You Analyse
Before proposing an itinerary, our directors combine their extensive knowledge and experience to make a first draft. The directors personally visit or call up the relevant locations, hotels, and communities in order to get the most authentic and honest advice. Once we create a first sketch of your itinerary, we propose a route that makes most sense to us based on your previous conversation. We provide you with the opportunity to study and examine our bespoke proposal.
Step 3 : You enquire | We clarify
As you take your time to study our proposal, we provide you with the opportunity to clarify any doubts you may have. We either slot a quick call or exchange via email, based on your preference. In addition, we are always available to answer any one-off questions by any of the mediums mentioned above.
Step 4 : You confirm | We book
Once you are satisfied with the itinerary, we ask you for a payment based on the agreed sum. We have various payment options: Bank transfer, online payment through credit/debit card, Paypal, international credit/debit card or cash payment at our office. Once we receive the payment, we go ahead and make the relevant reservations based on your trip.
Step 5 : You relax | We deliver
It’s your time to relax while we work tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of your trip is planned to the minutest detail. We leave no stones unturned in making sure your experiences will enchant you for a lifetime. Once we are satisfied with the arrangements for your trip, we look forward to receiving you, through our representative, at your point of arrival. Once you arrive, we ensure a regular follow-up, just as if you were part of the Dolia family.
READY-MADE ITINERARIES – INBOUND TRAVEL
For travelers who prefer readymade itineraries, we provide you with ideas for popular routes so that these itineraries could get you started with your personalized travel planning. Based on these set itineraries, we provide you the option to include/exclude certain locations and create your own personalized itinerary. We then provide you with an online form that will help you clarify your areas of interests or any other relevant details.

For domestic travelers who would like to travel out of India, we have readymade packages that will help you get started with your planning.
